Do I need van experience?+
No. The coordinator drives the van — you relax and live the trip.
Can I travel solo?+
Of course. Most of our travellers leave alone and come back with a group.
What if I cancel?+
Up to 30 days before departure: HOLO BASE (included) → 100% voucher redeemable on vans or future HOLO VAN trips; HOLO FLEX (add-on) → cash refund. In both cases the €100 deposit is non-refundable (and the HOLO FLEX cost stays charged). Less than 30 days before departure: no refund.
When is the trip confirmed?+
When the minimum participant count is reached — typically 2-4 weeks before departure.
Is there a bathroom on the van?+
Yes — hot shower + chemical toilet in every van.
