FREQUENTLY ASKED
Do I need van experience?+
No. Our vans are modern and easy to drive. All you need is normal driving experience. Before departure we form the crews, and within each van you'll organize the driving together too.
Can I travel solo?+
Of course. Many participants set off solo. That's exactly how HOLO crews are born.
What if I cancel?+
Up to 30 days before departure: HOLO BASE included: you receive a voucher worth 100% of the trip value, usable for any other HOLO expedition within 12 months. HOLO FLEX optional: you can cancel up to 14 days before departure and receive a refund of the full trip amount. In both cases, the €100 deposit is non-refundable. With HOLO FLEX, the protection cost stays charged to you. From 14 days before departure, no refund is available.
When is the trip confirmed?+
When the minimum number of participants is reached. We'll keep you updated throughout the crew-forming phase.
